The 6th Illinois Public Health Institute's annual conference, "Partners In Action: Improving Health Outcomes in Illinois: What Works!" was held Tuesday and Wednesday, October 14-15, 2008 at the President Abraham Lincoln Hotel and Conference Center in Springfield, Illinois.

The conference included three keynotes and an opportunity to participate in three-hour intensive skill building sessions, as well as a pre-conference showcase and an evening forum sponsored by the Illinois Caucus for Adolescent Health. (Click on the links for more information.)
